When do entries close?

When do I deliver and/or collect my
entries?
Each competition has its own delivery and collection day and
time. Please refer to the schedule of interest.
What Class do I enter into?
Please refer to the schedule of interest. The Association
may place in their correct classes, exhibits considered entered in
the wrong class.
How do I enter into a competition?
Please refer to the schedules and entry forms of
interest.

How do I know I've been accepted into a
competition?
A receipt and exhibit listing will be posted to exhibitors once
applications have been processed. Please allow up to 7 - 14 working
days.
Can I change my entry details online?
We require written confirmation. Fax, email or post
changes to:

What do I put in the blank white box on the entry
form?
The blank white box is for personal details as stated on the
form.
If I have entered the same entry into an interstate show,
am I still able to enter it in the Royal Queensland
Show?
Yes. Restrictions are only placed on your entry if you
have entered it into a previous Royal Queensland Show.
I've received more than one entry form and schedule
pack. Which one do I fill out?
Select the entry form with the most accurate information,
add/edit any information on the form and then cross out the whole
entry form for any that are not required. Return all entry forms
(including those to be deleted) in order for the database to be
updated.
I have exhibited in the Royal Queensland Show before; will
I automatically receive a schedule pack and entry
form?
Yes. Schedules packs are posted to exhibitors who have
exhibited over the last two years.
Has my entry form been processed?
Entry forms take up to 7 - 14 days to process. Please allow for
this time before contacting us about the process of your
application.
What parking is available at the Royal Queensland Show
for exhibitors?
