For the first time, the Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show
will announce Australia's finest chocolate, resulting in a total of
eight 'nation best' competitions. Bars, blocks, nuts, truffles,
boxed, and ginger, chilli and mint chocolates will be graded via
the new international judging standards - only the second time they
will be used in Australia. It will be the first time chocolate has
been judged in Queensland joining similar competitions at the
Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide Royal Shows.
