Branded Lamb Competition

The Branded Lamb Competition will showcase and recognise Australia’s finest lamb. With the increase in branded lamb product available, this competition is designed to satisfy consumer demand and reward those who produce quality branded retail lamb.

Entry Fee          $200 per entry

Judging Process

Back straps will be the cut, prepared and cooked by DPI&F Food Scientists.

Cooking protocol is still to be announced.

Total possible score per judge is 90 points. Each exhibit will be grilled only.
